指控安华鸡奸他的赛夫，在一家私人医院身体报告书出现后，很有趣的看到国内安全部长（国安部），卫生部总监，副总警长，及该私人医院的负责人，都很快的作出不同的反应。不过，他们的谈话，都不能否定一个事实，那就是确实有这样的一份医药报告。

当时，国安部部长更放话说，希望警方能够尽快的把安华的鸡奸案调查，给予完成。

今天傍晚约五时四十五分，我在看中东半岛无线电视新闻时，报导安华的太太，旺阿兹莎宣布她将辞去巴东坡的国会议员席位，以制造补选，让她的丈夫上阵，东山再起。

这却是令人惊讶的事。还只在数天前，安华刚宣布，若法庭宣判居林选举无效，需重新补选时，他就会在那披甲上阵。为什么会突然这样匆忙的作出这个决定？！

今天较早时，国安部长宣布警方调查安华涉嫌鸡奸案，已经完成，并交到检察署。是否要提控安华鸡奸刑事罪，则有总检察署决定。看来很快就会有行动了！

在此同时，一件丑闻也正在搬上台面。反贪污局正介入一宗提供不合格警察配备，价值马币一亿元合同的欺骗案。根据一份报章的报道，它形容这宗丑闻是“一宗牵涉到高级政府官员及警官贪婪、贪污及滥权的案件”。

发现提供不合标准的警用配备有：

》 不合规格的防弹衣
》 没有经过安全测试过的防暴头盔
》 没有抵抗铁钉穿刺的后备队及联合国维和部队穿的皮靴
》 还有许多我认为羞耻的很多配备及工具

Meanwhile, another drama being unveiled. Anti-Corruption Agency has stepped in to investigate RM100 millions supply contract fraud of police equipments. A newspapers report described this was "a case of greed, corruption and malpractice involving senior government servants and police officers."

Among the shocking finds:

> Bullet-proof vests not according to specifications.
> Anti-riot helmets not subjected to test.
> Boots supplied to traffic Police and UN duty officers were not nail proof.
> and many more sub-standard equipments I "malu" to mention !

Imagine the scenario: policeman died in a shootout because a bullet ripped through his bullet-proof vest; riot police "kepala pecah olih batu' (head broken by stone) by rioter's stones ! Not to mention Malaysia UN peace-keepers in Timor Leste sustained foot injuries by nails and debris while patrolling the rioting areas ! Adui, sakit dan malu nya ! ( Adui, pain and shame le !)

A group of 30 pilgrims from Limbang and Miri, made a brief visit today to the Church of the Holy Family Kajang on their way to Melaka. Earlier they have made a pilgrimage to St. Anne Feast in Bukit Mertajam.

Parish Priest of the Church of the Holy Family, Rev. Fr. William and Assistant PP, Rev. Fr. George Harrison welcomed them on their arrival at noon.

They have lunch at the nearby restaurant before resuming their journey.

Tonight we have a small pot-luck gathering of old friends with Fr. Henriot.

Fr. Henriot served as the Parish Priest of our Parish (Church of the Holy Family, kajang) from 1977 to 1991. He is well loved by the people. Bro. Christopher Pelly(left of me) and Robert Tan(extreme right) were the former Chairperson of the Parish Council during Fr. Henriot tenure in Kajang. I succeeded Robert in the mid nineties and served under Fr. Leo Chang and Fr. Julian. Bro. Jude Benjamin (back middle) is the emerging leader of a younger generation of our Parish.

This is indeed a rare occasion to see three generations of leaders coming together with our former parish priest.

今晚在我家，夏理和神父及老朋友们有个小小的聚餐会。

夏神父在1977年到1991年，是加影圣家教堂的主任神父，备受教友们的爱戴。Christopher Pelly (上图我的后面）及 Robert Tan (上图最右）是夏神父在加影时，堂区议会的前任主席。我在九十年中，从Robert 接过该职位, 堂区主任神父已换了为张神父及廖神父。 Jude Benjamin （后中间）是新一代崛起的年轻领导人。

这可说是难得的聚会，堂区三代的领导人，和前任神父相聚在一起。

今晚在我家，夏理和神父及老朋友们有个小小的聚餐会。

Dramatic news

I was feeling sleepy in my office. This piece of news woke me up.

Breaking news A doctor who examined Saiful Bukhari Azlan four hours before he lodged a police report against Anwar found no evidence that he was sodomised.

Saiful went to Hospital Pusrawi (Pusat Rawatan Islam) in Jalan Tun Razak complaining of difficulty and pain in passing motion.

He was examined by Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid, the medical officer on duty.

The doctor said that the patient had alleged he was assaulted by the intrusion of a piece of "plastic" in the anus.

Dr. Mohamed Osman, according to his medical report, found "zero active bleeding", "zero ulcer or pus", "zero tear and scar" in Saiful's anus.

He advised patient to go to a government hospital for second examination. He went to Hospital Kuala Lumpur and was examined by the doctor there. Later he lodged a police report of being sodomized at the Police post in the Hospital.

According to Malaysiakini, they have obtained a copy of the report from the Hospital Pursawa. It can be viewed on Internet. Dr. Mohamed Osman is currently on leave (or someone said on the run) and cannot be contacted.

Wow, plot within plot, very dramatic ! Which is true and which is false. Kepala pening sikit.

Meanwhile, Anwar Ibrahim has announced his intention to contest in the Kulim – Bandar Baru by-election if an imminent court decision next month declared the constituency vacant.

It is more than enough of rumble to last till September.

My wife told me that she did not sleep well for the past many nights since our youngest daughter, Elizabeth has confirmed her 13-9-2008 flight to Aberdeen, Scotland to further her studies at the Robert Gordon University. She will be there for three years.

She is worried how well Elizabeth adjust herself to the weather in Scotland, especially during Winter months. Can she look after herself well and eat well ? can she take care of her laundries, room cleanliness ? She will be alone thousands miles away from home. She is still a little girl to the parents.

I thought I am able to cope with it better. Not so. I am not able to sleep well also. Three years is a long time. What will she be after 3 years? How is our relationship then? Will the three years overseas shapes her into a different person? What will I be then? a lot of questions and anxieties.

I pray hard that she will adapt well to the new environment and enjoy her study and stay in Scotland. May the three years campus life be a wonderful time for her to cherish.

Mother Mary, watch over her and be with her.

父母眼中，孩子永远都不会长大

太太告诉我，小女儿Elizabeth 决定了 13-9-2008 出国的机票后，他就每晚都睡的不好。Elizabeth将前往苏格兰的罗伯高登大学就读三年。

太太担心女儿能够适应当地的气候吗？特别是在寒冷的冬季。她是否能够照顾自己的起居饮食？会吃得好吗？打扫房间，洗衣服等工作，能做的好吗？一个人住在千里之外，对父母来说，她还是个小女孩。

我以为自己会坚强点，没这么多忧虑。但事实不然。我也是睡不好。三年是一个很长的时间。三年后，她会是怎样的一个人呢？我们之间的关系会改变吗？三年的国外大学生活，会把她改变成和现在不同的人吗？我到时又会如何呢？许多的问题和忧虑。

我只能为她祈祷，希望她能够适应那里的新环境，享受在苏格兰的生活及学业顺利。

The Menteri Besar of Terengganu, Ahmad Said was a simple man and used to ride on bicycle to visit his constituency. But he is also a very powerful man.

He was not the man picked by Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to be the new Menteri Besar after the March election. But somehow, he was backed by powerful forces, forced Abdullah to declare he is the new Menteri Besar to replace incumbent, Idris Jusoh who was supposed to serve his second term as Menteri Besar.

His State Exco's purchase of 14 Mercedes Benzes kicked up a storm recently. By doing so, he led people's attention to a pool of dirty water - high maintenance cost of the official cars Proton Perdana. Anti-Corruption Agency has stepped in to investigate.

He was sworn in as Menteri Besar only a few months ago so he has nothing to do with the high maintenance costs for the past four years. He is leading sniffing dogs to the rotten carcass of the previous state government. No wonder his Exco members continue to use the new Mercedes despite a directive from the Prime Minister that the new cars be used only for VIP visitors, not Exco members.

He is a very powerful man who can defy the directive from the Cabinet and the Prime Minister.

For the past three years, 51 households in Rawang New Village lived in fear and anxiety. Their ancestral homes and properties would be demolished to make way for a TNB High Tension Power line project. Compensation was not satisfactory. They have resisted the acquisition through their then Barisan State Assemblyman and Member of Parliament (Transport Minister Chan Kong Choy) but to no avail. They were made running round the bush. They took TNB to court. While waiting for court decision, they are constantly on the lookout for any new move by TNB.

With the change of new State Government, they received good news yesterday. The Mentri Besar of Selangor announced that the TNB would have to reroute the project. The 51 properties are saved.

The Pakatan Raayat Mentri Besar Khalid made a visit to the site and brought the good news to the villagers. He said:" ...can make money, can buy land, but do not disrupt the lives of citizens..."

This is the triumph of the people power ! This news was not reported in any main stream English newspapers.

As a kampong boy (born and bred in new village), I cheered for the news. As I have said to the Perak Government's move to grant permanent land title to the villages in Perak, same to the Selangor Government for the people-friendly policy, I am giving them five years mandate plus another five more years to come. It is worthy !

Home is a sacred place. Government should not rob people the ownership of a house at its wimp and fancy.

在三月八号大选后的民联州政府，终于在昨天带来了好消息。州务大臣卡立，昨天巡察了该地时，宣布高压工程将会绕道，保住了51 个产业，不被拆除。大臣在会见民众是说：“钱可以赚，地可以买，但不可以干扰人民的生活。。。” 。这是人民力量的胜利。主要英文报章没有报道这则新闻。

我生长在新村，对这消息，非常的高兴。我曾在毗霹雳州政府宣布给新村永久地契时，说过值得给他们五年，在加另五年的执政权。对雪兰莪州政府，我也是照样说给他们五年加五年的执政权。这是值得的.

家是神圣的，政府不应该随意掠夺人民的拥有权。

I could hear more than five types of birds singing. ooooi！ sparrows are missing.. are they taking an afternoon rest?

A feeling of peace and blissfulness oozing from within me. It is such a wonderful moment. My mind is blank, free from worries, issues, emotions... just appreciating and enjoying this blissful and still moment..

I feel joy and calmness... I have been empowered by this brief moment of peace and quiet...with admiration and respect of the Creator... it is a wonderful moment, a wonderful world. A feeling cannot be expressed by words.

It is just under two minutes, but this is the many wonderful moments of life which I cherish. It gives me strength and motivation to face the hustle and bustle of life.






大约下午二时，开了电脑后，正上载着个人设置。我转头望向窗外。

一个安静的下午。没有路过的车声。我的狗儿懒惰的躺在车底下睡觉，没有吠声。树叶静止，没有风。鸟儿在歌唱，咕咕。。。呀呀。。。听得到有五种不同的鸟在歌唱。嗳。。。。没有听到麻雀的声音，难道他们都去了午休？

一种平安，欣喜的感觉，从心底里涌了出来。这是个美妙的片刻。我的脑袋空白，没有忧虑，烦恼，没有任何的情绪干扰，就只是在体恤及享受着这静止中，令我欣喜的时刻。

我心里是多么的平安及宁静。我被这美妙的时刻活化，充实力量，内心发出对造物主的尊崇及钦佩。。。这是个奇妙的时刻，这是个美妙的世界。这个时刻，只可神会，不能言传。

这片刻只有不到两分钟，但却是我生活中有着的许多非常珍惜的时刻。它给我力量及激励，去面对现实的日常生活挑战和压力。

moment 白驹过缝

It is about 2:00 pm. While booting the computer, and "loading your personal setting" is going on, I looked out of the window.

A quiet afternoon. No car passing. My dogs are lazily sleeping under the cars. No barking. No wind, leaves remain still. Birds chirping and singing. Merbok kuk kuk kuk..honey birds yap...ing... I could hear more than five types of birds singing. ooooi！ sparrows are missing.. are they taking an afternoon rest?

天下的妈妈都是一样的唷 ！

以下是张惠琼姐妹 （俐雯的妈妈），在沙巴教区出版的 53 期 [路] 双月刊里的一篇文章，特此转载，和大家分享。

小孙女庆祝一岁，也正是女儿在吉隆坡发生车祸一周年。唱生日歌，吃丰富的晚餐，是为庆祝生命的延续，也同时回顾一年来女儿走过阴森幽谷的经历，心里的感觉酸甜苦辣，百般滋味只有自己知。

感谢赞美天主，在困苦中的照顾与护佑，总结在这一年来，是主背着我走过，地上的脚印是主的脚印。在这些日子中，什么都不敢想，不敢预测。我有时也会有心力憔悴的时刻，没有圣体的滋养，我早就撑不住了。

在弥撒中咏唱的圣咏、诗歌，更给我莫大的安慰与力量。以前读圣咏集，没有什么感觉，现在再重复阅读，让我感受到主真的一直与我同在。在患难中，我热切诚恳地祈求上主，他便垂顾俯听了我的哀诉。他把我从祸坑与污泥中拉出，使我站立在磐石上，稳定了我的脚步。

回想在吉隆坡车祸发生的第三天，我四处打电话要找神父时的彷徨无助，得到西满兄弟及各地圣母军及主内弟兄姐妹，及多位神父的关怀和慰问，祈祷支持。许多弟兄姐妹来探访时，也带来各种著名小食或补品到医院给我们享用。素梅姐在每个周末载我们到她家过夜，主日就带我们到不同的圣堂参加弥撒。

当我们欲从私人医院转院时，我感到六神无主，脑袋空空，少明夫妇热心载我们去中央医院打听情况。从一个部门走到另一个部门询问，受到职员一副副公事公办的嘴脸对待，完全没协商的余地。加上炎热的太阳使我头痛欲裂，我沮丧万分大声呼喊：“主我无能为力，我把一切交给你了”。感谢主俯听了我，藉著许医生安排，我们入住政府医院。

当我们要从吉隆坡回亚庇时，我也是全无头绪，不懂要如何办理。西满夫妇载我们去马航大厦，安排机位。当天下午，忽然下起倾盆大雨，到处浸水塞车，连路都看不清楚。我不停的祈祷，求主护佑他们安全回到家。对他们的热忱帮助，我衷心的感谢。还有很多我要感谢的人，就是我的亲家 、亲戚及好友，给我在经济上及各方面热心的帮助。

现在女儿差不多完全痊愈，在本地继续她的学业。我感谢主内弟兄姐妹的关心和问候。在许多事物上，我常觉得自己无能，我只能仰望上主，把一切交托于他，祈求他祝福善心的人士。环视现今世界上每天所发生的大事，周围所闻所见所体验的，更让我感觉上主的奇妙作为，无人能透视。

有人说：“ 安娣，您真是个好母亲。”

“是吗？天下的妈妈都是一样的唷 ！”

我的读后感：

有如保禄致罗马人书里说： 『圣神扶助我们的软弱，因为我们不知道我们如何祈求才对，而圣神却亲自以无可言喻的叹息，代我们转求。那洞悉心灵的天主知道圣神的意愿是什么，因为他是按照天主的旨意代圣徒转求。』 罗（8：26-27）。

天主都听到了！

天下父母心，都愿孩子快乐，平安，健康。天主，你也必定听到了！！

No peace and quiet 不会有平静

Another bombshell ! another frightening revelation. Dark clouds...over Malaysia. No good neh !

Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK), the controversial Internet News portal owner has just written in his column " No Holds Barred" on 23/7/2008 titled "an evening with an "accomplice" :

"........ This time I am going for broke. This time I am prepared to go to jail for a long, long time just to make sure that Najib is not going to become Prime Minister of Malaysia in June 2010. Yes, I know I am headed for a fall, but I am going to bring Najib down with me. We shall both hit the dirt and become history, side-by-side.

And how will that happen? Well, this time I video-recorded a ‘confession’ session. And the video recording is now in a safe place, ready to surface during my trial when they charge me for this newest ‘crime’, whatever that crime is going to be ..........."

Looks like our country is far from peace and quiet. God bless Malaysia for peace and unity !

"...这次我是背水一战。我准备了长时间被关在监狱里，就是要否定纳吉（副首相）不会在2010年的六月，圆他做首相的美梦。是的，我知道自己是走向深渊，但我必定也要拉纳吉同行，一块儿掉下去，粉身碎骨，双双成为历史的过去。

这会是如何的发生呢？这次我用录影视频录载了一个“承认”记录。这录影视频已经被我妥当的收藏在一个非常安全的地方，在我被提控这宗最新的“罪状” 时，不管是什么罪名，它就会被拿出来使用。。。。。”

Proton VS Mercedes

The purchase of 14 Mercedes-Benzes Compressor E200, instead of local Proton Perdana, by the Terengganu State Government was strongly criticized by all quarters. The Prime Minister's appeal to people to be thrifty in this difficult time has fallen into deaf ear.

In his defence, the Chief Minister (Menteri Besar) of Terengganu said that Proton Perdana is simply lousy because of constant breakdown and high maintenance cost. It cost more than RM170,000.00 for repair and upkeep a Proton Perdana which currently costing around RM100,000.00. Another State Assembly who is enjoying the benefit of a new Mercedes Benz, also claimed that the Proton Perdana has no air bag thus not safe for long distance travel.

Good decision. They have saved hundreds of thousands of people's money. They also let people know that Proton Perdana is a lousy car, Mercedes Benz is very much better, indirectly telling us, please do not buy even if it is cheaper, very very much cheaper than foreign made cars.

I think any child in our country above the age of 6 will know the difference between Proton Perdana and Mercedes Benz. Instead of finding out why such high maintenance costs (all Malaysians already known the answer), he justified his decision by saying Mercedes Benz is a better choice. He has made a smart decision. He even revealed today that, although Proton Perdana V6 is the official car of all government officials, there are few Mercedes Benz cars parked at the house of the Deputy Prime Minister, Najib Abdul Razak.

Proton is our national car but a dinosaur with no new technology advancement. It is losing millions of Ringgit and needed government's support. Recently government has pumped in almost RM200 million "Research and Development" grant which appeared in Proton's financial report as "profit".

Buy Mercedes Benz or buy Proton Perdana, the money comes from the same pocket, our pocket. No difference. We the people are the looser.

Oh Oh ! I better go now to make my Income Tax monthly payment, otherwise I will be fined 10 % for late payment....! And I am as smart as the Terenggan Mentri Besar, not driving a Proton....but minus the money!

Respected old priest 尊敬的老神父

On the last day of our stay in KK, we paid a visit to Fr. Tobias Chi (84), a well loved retired priest. He is physically fit except "my brain has failed me" as he said. He has just returned from a visit to his home town in Jinan, Shandong last month.

I met him fifteen years ago at the first Legion Fellowship in Bundu Tuhan Retreat Centre near Mt. Kinabalu. He is IT savvy and still surf internet on his free time.

Before we bid him goodbye, he gave a special blessing to Elizabeth for her soon overseas study trip to Scotland.











在我们旅游的最后一天，我们拜访了众人爱戴的季书章神父。他今年已是八十四岁了。他的身体状况还很好，除了如他所说的 " 我的头脑对不起我”。他上个月还回去了山东省的暨南家乡探亲呢。

我认识季神父，是十五年前在本笃都汉举行的第一届圣母军交流会里。他跟上科技，目前有空时，还会用电脑上网。

云来山迷，云过山显，我有过梦想，就是要永远抓住这座神山。我要爬上山顶，使他成为永远的记忆。膝盖的辜负，我只能远望神山，耳目传情，细诉遗憾。这次重游，只好长叹，神山梦碎！

These were incidents happened recently to the people or at places that I knew.

A close relative of mine Johor Baru was robbed of his car (a Mercedes Benz) by a group of carjackers in Johor. He was driving at night near his housing area when his car was knocked at the back by another car. He came down to investigate. A man also came out from the other car. He offered apology and followed my relative to inspect his car.

All of a sudden, he noticed his car was being driven away by another man. He was stunned. Then the other car just sped way with the guy who came out to inspect. My relative was lucky that no physical injury caused in this incident.

The boss of the petrol station which I used to frequent was robbed of cash by robbers came in a brand new Toyota Camry !

The Singer Shop at my housing estate was robbed when the boss opened the door for business in the morning!

These has been the common occurrences in our country. What is the government doing to arrest the situation ? So far we see nothing..... we are still unsafe... to walk, to drive, buying petrol, even at home too.

这是几宗事件，发生在我认识的人及地方上。

我的一位近亲的车，被一批骑劫者抢了。当时他是驾着车，驶在家附近的路上，突然后面一辆车撞到他的车后面。他停了下来，下车出来视察。当时对方也有一人下来，并连声向他说对不起，并随他一起视察车身是否有损坏。突然间，我的亲戚看到另一个人上了他的车，并开车扬长而去。他非常惊讶。与此同时，陪他观察的那个人，也跳上了车，跟着离开，留下目瞪口呆的他。在这起事件中，幸运的，没有受到任何肉体的伤害。

我常光顾的油站老板，最近也被抢劫现款。强盗是驾着一辆新款的Toyato Camry，埋伏在油站旁边伺侯的。因为是豪华汽车，而没有引起怀疑。

在我住家外面的店屋，胜家 Singer 店号的老板，在早上要开门启业的时候，就被打枪了！

这些事故，都好像很普遍的在发生着。我们的政府确实无能控制局势，越来越糟了。我们害怕在路上行走，害怕驾车，害怕去购买汽油。。。甚至在家也害怕。

我的一位近亲的车，被一批骑劫者抢了。当时他是驾着车，驶在家附近的路上，突然后面一辆车撞到他的车后面。他停了下来，下车出来视察。当时对方也有一人下来，并连声向他说对不起，并随他一起视察车身是否有损坏。突然间，我的亲戚看到另一个人上了他的车，并开车扬长而去。他非常惊讶。与此同时，陪他观察的那个人，也跳上了车，跟着离开，留下目瞪口呆的他。在这起事件中，幸运的，没有受到任何肉体的伤害。

我常光顾的油站老板，最近也被抢劫现款。强盗是驾着一辆新款的Toyato Camry，埋伏在油站旁边伺侯的。因为是豪华汽车，而没有引起怀疑。

在我住家外面的店屋，胜家 Singer 店号的老板，在早上要开门启业的时候，就被打枪了！

这些事故，都好像很普遍的在发生着。我们的政府确实无能控制局势，越来越糟了。我们害怕在路上行走，害怕驾车，害怕去购买汽油。。。甚至在家也害怕。

Friends in KK 亚庇的朋友

The first thing we did on our arrival was to pay Jenny a visit. Her parents, Agnes and Paul kindly came to fetch us from the hotel. On the last night of our visit, they brought us to a restaurant for a sumptuous yet economical dinner. Jenny's third elder brother, Jeffrey and wife Esther joined us also (right pic).

我们抵达亚庇的第一件事，就是探访俐雯。她的父母亲自到酒店来载我们。在离开亚庇的最后一天，他们还请我们吃了一顿丰富的晚餐。 俐雯的三哥及嫂嫂也陪伴同来(右上照）。


We met many other old friends in Kota Kinabalu. They warmly welcomed and entertained us throughout our stay. Rose and Ignatius brought us to a famous sea food restaurant for dinner. We were surprised to meet two youth from our Kajang Parish. They were holidaying with friends in KK also (below pic, left).

在亚庇，我们遇见了很多老朋友，并受到他们热情的招待。 Rose 和 Ignatius 夫妇热情的款待我们，并带我们到一间著名的海鲜楼享用美味的海鲜晚餐。在哪里，我们很惊奇的遇见来自加影，我的堂区的两位青年，他们也是来亚庇游玩的 (下图左）。

Raymond Yong helped us booked hotels and other travel arrangement. He brought us to a shop to taste the delicious Coconut Pudding. It was very nice.

Raymond 帮我们订酒店及其他安排。他带我们去品尝美味冰冻的椰子布丁。
